Audition Material:

For auditions, please familiarize yourself with the following songs from the show:

  • The Land of Lola

  • Soul of A Man

  • The Most Beautiful Thing

  • The History of Wrong Guys

 

You will be taught a portion of these songs as a group, then sing individually for your vocal audition.  Everyone will be required to sing one of the selections above. You do NOT need to prepare additional material for auditions.

 

Dress to move and bring heels. Not everyone will be asked to dance, however, if you are asked to stay and dance, we prefer that everyone have a heel of some kind (men included)

 

This show is age 18 and up.  NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS.

 

If you are needed for callbacks, you will be notified the evening of Monday, May 22nd.

 

REHEARSALS AND SHOW DATES:

Rehearsals will be on:

• Sundays: 6:00pm-9:30pm

• Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 6:30-9:30pm

 

Please bring a list of all known conflicts to auditions as this will help to determine the final schedule.

 

​The first rehearsal is on Tuesday, May 30th – It will be an ALL CALLED Read-Through in the Gallery.   It is mandatory for everyone to attend and fill out paperwork.

 

A final schedule with conflicts and scene/music breakdown will be provided at the read-thru

​Tech Week is Sunday August 6th  – Thursday August 10th. NO CONFLICTS WILL BE ALLOWED DURING TECH – There are no exceptions to this.

Charlie Price

A bit confused, a bit unfocused, a hero hiding under a victim's mantle.

Charlie as a seven-year-old boy. Lost, quiet, reflective.

A prize fighter's physique draped in satin. A talented drag queen with a killer voice and winning ways.
