COVID-19 Policy

This policy will be updated as guidelines change.

For Audiences:

Before coming to the theatre...

  1. We encourage patrons who feel unwell to stay home and reach out to the Box Office at 615-904-2787 about exchanging their tickets to another production.

  2. We have now implemented a paperless ticketing system.  Patrons who purchase tickets will be sent a barcode that can be scanned from their smart device upon entering.

While at the theatre...

  1. There will be no meet and greet with the casts after the show.

  2. Hand sanitizers will be available throughout the building.

  3. Programs will be available digitally by scanning a QR code.

  4. All audiences will be seated in General Admission at limited capacity to allow self-social distancing to occur.  There should be at least one empty seat between parties on each side; or one at the end of a party if the party is seated next to a wall or aisle.

  5. Masks are required for all audience members.  If you do not have a mask upon entering the building, you will be provided one.  If someone refuses to wear the mask, they will be asked to leave.

  6. No gifts will be allowed in the theatre from audience members (i.e. flowers or candy) and must be kept in cars during the performance.

  7. Audience temperatures will be scanned upon entering and if it is at or above 100.4, you will be asked to leave.

  8. Social distance signage will be found on the ground to help spread out lines individuals waiting for entrance to the theatre, restrooms, concessions, and Box Office Window.
